The human spirit is more powerful than we ever imagine however, it requires nourishment. In order for any plant or vegetation to grow it must have soil, water, and sunlight. As it is in the Kingdom Plantae so it is with the human spirit. We too need to be nourished with worship, praise, prayer, work, play, friendship, and family.
