I asked my kids today; “What does holy mean and what does it mean to live a holy life?” They both related holiness with exerting human efforts. In part, they are correct. However, living a holy lifew is not about merely exerting human efforts rather it is about letting go. Human efforts alone is never enough on its own. The ultimately solution is to live holy lives in the power of the Messiah. So today know that when Jesus lives within us by His spirit, we can turn to Him daily for renewed power to live as God desires……not in our strength but in His!
