If you have any unconfessed sins, I am encouraging you to make it right before God. This is not limited to our offenses against God, it also includes our offenses against God’s people. In 2 Tim 2:13 we learn that if we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself. C.S. Lewis said, “We have a strange illusion that mere time cancels sin. But mere time does nothing either to the fact or to the guilt of a sin.” So today, remember what John said in 1 John 1:9; “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
