Ezra, He is the true and faithful Scribe. Nehemiah, He is the Master Rebuilder of broken walls and lives. In Esther, He’s Mordecai’s courage. In Job, He is the timeless redeemer. In Psalms, He is our Morning Song. In Proverbs, He is wisdom’s cry. In Ecclesiastes, He is the time and season. In the Song of Solomon, He is the lover’s dream and today is the same today as He was yesterday and will be forevermore. If I can pick one just for today; I would select the God in Nehemiah. Why; because He is rebuilding me out of brokenness and He gave me a new life. Martin Luther said, “God creates out of nothing, therefore, until a man is nothing, God can make nothing out of him.” So today, I challenge you to pick one just as I did and give Him praises for what He is to you!
