As you celebrate the Fourth of July weekend, think of creative ways to make the “Declaration” of freedom in Christ to your family and friends. There is no greater feeling of liberation than to experience the freedom from sin and death that God has provided for us through Jesus Christ. Our hearts and souls are free to praise God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Independence Day should remind us of all those who have sacrificed for our freedom, following the greatest example of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Do not take freedom, both physical and spiritual, for granted because freedom isn’t free. Galatians 5:1 says, “Christ set us free so that we could live in freedom…..”
