Yesterday, I found a diamond earring leaving a parking garage AND boy was I excited! You already know what I said. The Lord is________(FIB)! I was very curious to evaluate its authenticity so, I googled ‘How to test a diamond’? After a few quick test (visual inspection, dropping it in a glass of water etc.), I was hopeful that it was real until I administered the fire test. This test immediately dispelled my dreams for a quick cash out. You see, even under immense heat real diamonds under fire will never crack on the inside. As Christians we are God’s little diamonds and although we are constantly under fire we can never be broken! The bible says the outward man is perishing but the inward man is incessantly being renewed. Do you remember the 3 Hebrew boys? They didn’t crack on the inside, right?! They had Someone in that furnace and that Someone now lives in us! Be encouraged today and don’t cash out on your dreams just because the fire gets a little hot; GREATER IS HE WHO IS IN YOU, THAN HE WHO IS IN THIS WORLD!! HALLELUJAH AND PRAISE GOD!!
