Accountability: When you do something wrong don’t deny it and don’t shift blame to others. Simply, admit it! Proverbs 28:13 says, “Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.” Staying true to yourself and to God will not only relieve you of stress but it will also give you peace. Confession means to stand in agreement with the truth and 1 John 1:9 says, ” If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
