Undoubtedly, a person who draws their strength from the Lord is like an eagle soaring above the storm. Their resilience comes from a source far beyond themselves, one that never runs dry, no matter how difficult the path may be.
Isaiah 40:31 beautifully captures this truth: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Unmistakenly, strength rooted in faith is unshakeable. When someone draws their strength from the Lord, they find resilience, hope, and peace that transcends any challenge. As it says in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” That kind of strength is enduring, no matter the trial, circumstance, or situation.
My brothers and sisters, ten toes down—standing on business—trust me when I declare that you simply can’t break a person who draws their strength from the Lord.!
Pray with me:
Father God, we come before You, acknowledging that all strength and courage flow from You. Your Word promises that those who wait upon You will find their strength renewed, able to soar like eagles and rise above any storm. Lord, I ask for that strength now—strength that endures, faith that grows deeper with every trial, and peace that passes understanding.
When we feel weary, remind us that You are with us. When our steps falter, lift us up. May we run the race set before us with endurance, knowing that You are our source of hope, perseverance, persistence, and resilience. Help us to fully trust in Your timing and to rest in Your promises, knowing that You will not let us grow faint.
Thank You, Jehovah-El Sali, for being our immovable rock and our unwavering refuge. No matter what, in every season, we place all our hope in You alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen and Amen!
