Take Me To The King!

Take Me to the King — When You Have Nothing Left, God Is Still Enough.

Sometimes life hits so hard that we’re left feeling empty — too broken to pray, too tired to fight, and too weary to carry on. In those moments, when words fail and strength runs dry, there’s one place we can always go: to the King.

Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

God isn’t distant in our pain. He’s near — closer than our next breath. When you feel like you can’t take another step, He’s waiting with open arms, ready to lift you up and carry you forward.

Jesus said these encouraging words in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

I get it, the world may tell you to push through, to keep pretending you’re strong — but Jesus invites you to lay it all down at His feet. Your burdens, your heartbreak, your disappointment — He can handle it all.

Psalm 73:26 canonized this truth, “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

Even when you feel like you have nothing left to give, God is still enough. When you’re empty, He fills. When you’re broken, He restores and mends. When you’re lost, He leads.

Therefore my brothers and sisters, if you feel like you’re at the end of your rope, don’t give up. Take your heart — broken, weary, and all — to the King. You don’t need to have it all together. You don’t need the right words. Just come. He’s waiting for you. His throne is open. His arms are ready. And His love is enough.

Pray With Me:

Lord, we come to You, just as we are — broken, tired, and worn. We have nothing left to offer but our hearts. Take our pain, our doubts, and our fears, and replace them with Your peace, Your strength, and Your love. Help us remember that even when we feel empty, You are still more than enough. We don’t need to have all the answers — we just need to be in Your presence. Take us to the King. In Jesus’ we pray, believe, receive, and praise name, Amen.
