There is nothing you can do — no place you can go, no depth you can fall to, no height you can climb — that can separate you from the love of God. His love isn’t fickle, futile, or fragile. It doesn’t fade when you fail. It doesn’t walk away when you’re weak. It is steady, unshakable, immutable, and sealed by the blood of our precious Lord and Savior.
Paul said it best in Romans 8:39: “Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” That means no sin, no shame, no situation — nothing — has the power to remove you from God’s embrace. His love isn’t based on your performance. It’s anchored in His promise.
When you feel distant, His love draws near. When the enemy tells you you’re too far gone, His love speaks a better word. When you doubt your worth, His love reminds you of the cross — proof that you were always worth rescuing. You are held by a love that no mistake can cancel and no force in hell can break.
So today my beloved brothers and sisters, rest in this truth: You are deeply, eternally, and unconditionally loved — and nothing can ever change that.
Pray with me:
Father God, thank You for a love that holds me through every high and every low. When I’m tempted to believe I’m unworthy, remind me that Your love never lets go. Help me live boldly, knowing I’m forever Yours. In Christ Jesus, I am secure. In His name I pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.
