Beyond Good News!

“The Gospel Is Beyond Words.”

Beloved, the Bible tells us to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15). That means the gospel isn’t limited to words alone. It is life, it is love, it is truth expressed so powerfully that even creation itself can testify to it. The gospel is beyond words—it is a reality so clear that even a child, and yes, even a dog, can experience its effects.

In the Old Testament, Psalm 19:1 declares: “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” Creation itself preaches a sermon without words. And in the New Testament, Mark 16:15 reminds us that the gospel is not only spoken, but also lived out. It is revealed in love, in sacrifice, in acts of kindness, and in the presence of Christ shining through us.

So Beloved, remember that your life is a sermon too. People may forget what you say, but they will never forget how the gospel looked and felt through you. Preach Christ with words when needed, but always with your life—because the gospel is bigger than language, it is truth written by God Himself on every heart and in every part of creation.

Pray with me:

Father God, thank You that the gospel is greater than words. Let my life be a living testimony of Your love and grace. Help me to preach not only with my mouth, but with my actions, my compassion, and my daily walk with You. May all creation see Your glory through me. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise.

Amen.
