“You Got More Than You Prayed For!”
Beloved, very soon you will smile and say, “God, this is more than I prayed for.” That’s the nature of our Heavenly Father—He doesn’t just meet needs; He exceeds them. He delights in doing abundantly more than we could ever imagine.
Paul reminds us in Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” What you thought was enough, God calls the beginning. What you whispered in prayer, He multiplies with His grace.
Hannah prayed for one son, but through Samuel, nations were impacted. Solomon asked for wisdom, but God gave him wisdom, riches, and honor. The disciples brought Jesus five loaves and two fish, but He fed thousands with more left over. God specializes in more.
So Beloved, don’t lose heart in the waiting. Very soon, the same God who heard your quietest prayer will surprise you with blessings pressed down, shaken together, and running over. And when it happens, your smile will testify, “God, this is more than I prayed for.”

Father God, thank You that You are the God of more. Strengthen me in the waiting and help me to trust that You are preparing blessings beyond what I can see or imagine.
