You’re Not Failing-You’re Fighting!

“You’re Not Failing—You’re Fighting”

Beloved, sometimes the enemy whispers that because you’re struggling, you’re failing. But God wants you to know—you’re not failing, you’re fighting. The very fact that you’re still standing, still praying, still believing, means the Spirit within you is stronger than what’s coming against you.

The Old Testament reminds us in Isaiah 54:17 and El Shaddai said: “No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord. The fight is fierce, but so is your favor. God never promised the absence of battle—but He did promise victory through it.

And Paul in the New Testament echoes this truth in 2 Timothy 4:7: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” Paul didn’t say it was easy—he said it was worth it. Faith isn’t about never falling; it’s about never quitting, never throwing in the towel, and never giving up.

So, Beloved— stop judging yourself for being in the “fight”. God never said the weapon wouldn’t be forged; He said it wouldn’t prosper. The presence of resistance means you’re moving in the right direction. Every prayer, every tear, every step forward is a victory in motion. You’re not failing—God is forming something fierce within you.

Pray with me:
Father God, thank You for reminding me that struggle is not failure. Strengthen me in the fight and help me see progress even when I don’t see victory unfolding in my situation. Let Your Word be my guide and weapon and Your Spirit my strength. Thank You for fighting for me and through me. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.
