“Lead by Example, Not Just Words.”

Beloved, your life is a message long before your mouth ever speaks. God has called us not only to believe the truth—but to become a living reflection of it. When Scripture says, “And you yourself must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching,” it is reminding us that our walk must match our words. Influence doesn’t start with a platform; it starts with a lifestyle.

In the New Testament, the apostle Paul writes these instructions to Titus in Titus 2:7. Paul understood that people are shaped not only by what they hear, but by what they see. Integrity is the anchor of leadership. Consistency is the heartbeat of credibility. And excellence—not perfection, but intentionality—is the mark of someone who lives for God’s glory.

This aligns deeply with the core message of my book, “The 3:23 Solution: Service Is What We Do, Experience Is How We Make the them Feel.”

In it, I teach that everything we do—how we serve, how we speak, how we handle pressure, how we treat people—should reflect the heart of Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, do it with all your heart, as unto the Lord.” Service becomes ministry. Work becomes worship. And our daily actions become the testimony that leads others toward Christ.

So Beloved, let your life preach even when your voice is silent. Let your choices, your character, your work ethic, and your compassion reflect the seriousness of what you believe. You may be the only Bible someone sees today. And when your life aligns with your faith, your example becomes a catalyst that leads others into truth.

Father God, shape me into an example that reflects Your heart. Let my words, my actions, and my decisions reveal integrity, humility, and love. Help me embody the message I carry, so that others see You through how I live and how I serve. Strengthen me to lead by example according to Your Word. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.
