God’s Timing ⏱️

“When God Declares the Time, Delay Can’t Deny It”

Beloved, delay is not denial when God is the One who authored the promise. Heaven does not operate on human clocks or earthly deadlines. What feels slow to us is strategic to Him. When God declares that a season has shifted, no obstacle, no opposition, no delay, and no devil can deny what He has spoken. His timing is not late—it is perfect.

In the Old Testament, the prophet Habakkuk encourages us in Chapter 2 Verse 3 with these words: “Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.” The prophet of God was teaching His people that divine timing is guaranteed timing. If God said it, it is already settled in eternity—your job is simply to trust and walk it out.

In the New Testament, Paul echoes this truth in Galatians 4:4, “When the set time had fully come, God sent His Son…” Even the arrival of Jesus was governed by a divine schedule. Not a moment too soon. Not a moment too late. Not a minute to spare! When God declares the time, nothing in creation can stand in the way of His fulfillment.

So Beloved, take a deep breath. What God is preparing you for cannot be delayed beyond His will. When heaven says “now,” earth must obey. Keep trusting—your appointed time is already appointed by God.

Pray with me: Father God, thank You that Your timing is perfect and Your promises are sure. Strengthen my faith when delay tries to discourage me, and help me trust that Your “set time” cannot be denied. Align my heart with Your will and steady my steps as I wait on You. In Jesus’ name I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen, Amen, and Amen!

Only So Far 👣

“Only So Far 👣”

Beloved, Jesus will only let you stray so far. Not because He condones wandering, but because His love refuses to abandon you. There are moments when God allows distance—not to lose you, but to teach you. He allows just enough space for you to recognize your need for Him, but never enough to let you be destroyed. His mercy draws a line that grace will not allow you to cross.

The Old Testament reveals this heart of God clearly. King David declares in Psalm 37:23–24, “The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand.” God does not promise that we will never stumble, but He does promise that we will never fall beyond His reach. Even when your footing feels unstable, His hand remains steady.

The New Testament confirms this truth through Jesus Himself. He says in John 10:28, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of My hand.” Jesus is not a distant observer—He is an active Shepherd. When you wander, He watches. When you drift, He pursues. And when you reach the edge, His grace intervenes.

So Beloved, if you feel tension, conviction, or a gentle resistance pulling you back, recognize it for what it is—love. Not judgment. Not punishment. Love. Jesus will not let you stray beyond what His mercy can redeem. He corrects, redirects, and restores because you belong to Him.

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider recently shared his faith journey and publicly expressed repentance for past bitterness. In reflecting on God’s mercy, he stated: “Jesus will only let you stray so much.”

Pray with me: Father God, thank You for loving me enough to guard my steps. When I wander, draw me back. When I stumble, steady me. Help me trust Your boundaries and recognize Your correction as grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen and Amen!

Pain Is Borrowed!

“Pain Is a Borrowed Place”

Beloved, pain can feel permanent when we’re in it. Grief, disappointment, betrayal, heartbreak — they settle into our hearts like they intend to stay forever. But here’s the hope God whispers to us:

Pain is a borrowed place. It is not your final address.

When Jesus died according to Mathew 27:57-60, He was laid in a borrowed tomb. Why borrowed? Because He wasn’t planning to stay there. The tomb held Him — but only temporarily. What looked like an ending was really preparation for resurrection.

The Old Testament reminds us of this pattern. Psalm 30:5 declares, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” Night is real — but so is morning. Borrowed pain has an expiration date.

The New Testament echoes that promise. Romans 8:18 says, “The sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” Pain may visit, but it does not own the deed to your future. God never wastes pain — He transforms it, redeems it, and resurrects what feels lost.

So Beloved, when life hurts, remember: 1. The tomb was borrowed, 2. The pain was temporary, and 3. The resurrection was permanent. What you are walking through right now may feel heavy — but it is not forever. God already has an “after this” prepared for you.

On a day like today (1/13/2026)—where I celebrate my earthly birthday and my twin brother’s (Noel Andrew Pinnock) heavenly birthday—the reminder that pain is only borrowed feels especially uplifting. It honors the ache without letting it define the day, and it reminds me that love outlives loss. Even in the space where joy and grief meet, hope still has the final word.

Pray with me: Father God, thank You that pain does not have the final word over my life. When I feel buried, remind me that I am only planted — not finished. Give me hope, patience, and trust as You work all things together for good — in Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen!

His Rightful Place!

“Your Heart Has a Throne”

Beloved, your heart has a throne—and something has to sit there. God created us with a place inside that was designed for Him alone. The problem isn’t whether the throne will be filled; it’s who or what will occupy it. For some, it’s fear. For others, it’s pride, people, success, relationships, or comfort. But whatever sits on the throne of your heart will ultimately rule your decisions, shape your desires, and direct your destiny.

In the Old Testament, Solomon writes in Proverbs 4:23: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Solomon understood that the heart is the control center of life. When something other than God sits on that throne, everything else becomes unstable. But when God takes His rightful place, everything else falls into order.

And in the New Testament, Paul reminds us in Colossians 3:15: “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” Not visit. Not occasionally influence. Rule. That word “rule” means to govern, to have authority, to sit on the throne. Paul teaches that peace isn’t a feeling—it’s a Person. When Christ rules your heart, worry loses its voice, fear loses its grip, and confusion loses its power.

So Beloved, take inventory today. Who is sitting on the throne of your heart? Because something is. And the throne wasn’t built for fear, pride, pressure, or people. It was built for the King of Kings. Make room. Move everything else off. And let God sit where He belongs.

Pray with me:
Father God, I surrender the throne of my heart to You. Remove anything that has taken Your place—every fear, idol, distraction, or desire that doesn’t honor You. Rule my heart, guide my steps, and shape my life according to Your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

Renewed By Fire!

“New Requires Renewing”

Beloved, we often say we want something new — a new season, a new start, a new life. But Scripture is clear: we cannot make ourselves new. Change that lasts does not come from effort alone, determination, or willpower. We are not made new by trying harder — we are made new when God does the renewing.

The Old Testament points us to this truth. Ezekiel 36:26 says, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” Notice who does the work. God doesn’t ask us to replace our own hearts — He promises to do it Himself. Renewal is not self-improvement; it is divine intervention.

The New Testament confirms it. Paul said this in Romans 12:2 tells us, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Transformation is not behavior modification — it is God reshaping how we think, see, and respond. And 2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us, “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” New life doesn’t start with us — it starts in Christ.

We cooperate by surrendering, but God is the One who renews. We bring the willingness; He brings the power. We bring the broken pieces; He brings the transformation.

So Beloved, stop striving to manufacture change. Instead, invite the Renewing God to do what only He can do. What He makes new, He sustains. What He renews, He restores fully.

Pray with me:

Father God, I confess that I cannot make myself new. I need You. Renew my mind, reshape my heart, and transform me from the inside out. I surrender my efforts and trust Your work in me — in Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen!

No Need To Panic

“No Need To Panic”

Beloved, God never reacts out of panic. Panic belongs to people who lack control, awareness, or power — but God lacks none of those things. What feels sudden to us was already seen by Him. What shocks us was already factored into His plan. God does not scramble, rush, or react in fear. Instead, He rules with wisdom, patience, and absolute authority. When life spins, heaven remains steady — and that steadiness becomes our anchor.

The Old Testament reminds us of this truth. King David writes in Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”Notice — ever-present. God does not enter the situation late; He is already there before the storm forms. He is calm not because the situation is small, but because His power is greater than anything that rises against you.

The New Testament echoes this confidence. Paul declares in Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” God doesn’t wait to see what will happen — He is already working inside every circumstance. Even in chaos, He is directing outcomes. Even in uncertainty, He is weaving purpose. Nothing forces His hand. Nothing corners Him. Nothing takes Him off guard.

So Beloved, when your heart races and your mind floods with “What if…?”, remember: God is not pacing the floors of heaven. He is seated on the throne, fully aware, fully prepared, fully in control. Trust His steadiness. Lean into His calm. If God is not panicking — neither do you need to.

Pray with me: Father God, thank You that nothing surprises You and nothing moves You into panic. Teach me to rest in Your stability when life feels unstable. Help me trust Your timing, Your wisdom, and Your control. In Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen and Amen!

The Lord IsWithYou!

“The Lord Is With You, Mighty Warrior”

Beloved, sometimes God sees in you what you can’t yet see in yourself. When life has worn you down and fear whispers that you’re not enough, God calls you by a name that reflects His strength, not your situation.

In the Old Testament, Judges 6:12 says: “When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, ‘The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.’” This was more than just encouragement—it was a theophany, a visible manifestation of Jesus Christ Himself appearing to man. Gideon was hiding in a winepress, threshing wheat in fear of the Midianites, yet God addressed him as a mighty warrior. God didn’t speak to who Gideon was in that moment—He spoke to who Gideon would become through obedience and faith.

And in the New Testament, Philippians 1:6 echoes this truth: “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Just like Gideon, God’s presence transforms ordinary people into extraordinary vessels of His power.

So Beloved, when you feel weak, remember—El Gibbor’s presence changes everything. The same God who called Gideon out of hiding is calling you out of fear. He sees your potential beyond your pain, your courage beyond your circumstance, and your victory beyond your valley.

Pray with me: Father God, thank You for seeing strength in me when I feel weak. Just as You called Gideon a mighty warrior, remind me that Your presence defines who I am. Replace my fear with faith and help me to walk boldly in the calling You’ve placed on my life. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen and Amen!

Stranger Things!

“Stranger Things”

Beloved, sometimes the life of faith feels… strange. God doesn’t always move the way we expect. He opens doors we never planned to walk through, closes ones we thought were guaranteed, and leads us down paths that don’t always make sense in the moment. Following Jesus often means experiencing things that feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable — even unusual.

The Old Testament shows us this repeatedly. God asked Noah to build a boat when it had never rained like that before-ever (Genesis 6-9). He told Joshua to march around walls instead of attacking them (Joshua 6:1-27) He instructed Gideon to reduce his army before going into battle (Judges 6-7). None of it made sense logically — but all of it made sense spiritually, because it positioned them to trust God, not themselves.

The New Testament continues the pattern. Jesus healed with mud (John 9:1-7), walked on water (Matthew 14:22–33), fed thousands with a boy’s lunch (John 6:5–13), and chose fishermen, tax collectors, and ordinary people to change the world (The Gospels & Acts 4:13). Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 5:7, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” Faith doesn’t always feel familiar — sometimes it feels like stepping into “stranger things.”

God isn’t trying to confuse you. He’s training you. He uses unusual seasons to grow deeper dependence, clearer obedience, and stronger faith. What feels strange now may one day become the testimony you point back to and say, “That’s where I really learned to trust God.”

So Beloved, don’t assume something is wrong just because it feels unfamiliar. Often, the strangest seasons bring the greatest spiritual growth.

Pray with me: Father God, when Your ways feel unfamiliar, help me remember that Your thoughts are higher than mine and Your plans are good. Teach me to trust You even when the path feels strange, knowing You are always leading with love — in Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen!

New Surrender!

“New Year — Same God, New Surrender”

Beloved, every New Year comes with excitement, goals, and fresh expectations. We buy new planners, make new promises, and hope for different outcomes. But here’s the real question:

So it’s the New Year… now what?

Let’s be clear, a new year by itself doesn’t change anything. God changes things. And He doesn’t start with our schedules — He starts with our hearts.

The Old Testament reminds us where true direction begins. Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” We don’t ask God to bless our plans — we surrender our plans and let Him shape them.

The New Testament shows us the same truth. Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” You see, when God comes first, everything else finds its rightful place.

So Beloved, the best New Year resolution is not “try harder,” but trust deeper. Not “do more,” but surrender more. Not “create a new life,” but let Christ lead your life. Because when God is first, the year becomes more than a date change — it becomes a life change.

Pray with me: Father God, as I step into this New Year, I give You more than my goals — I give You my heart. Lead my steps, shape my desires, and help me seek You first in everything I do — in Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen!
