Beyond Good News!

“The Gospel Is Beyond Words.”

Beloved, the Bible tells us to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15). That means the gospel isn’t limited to words alone. It is life, it is love, it is truth expressed so powerfully that even creation itself can testify to it. The gospel is beyond words—it is a reality so clear that even a child, and yes, even a dog, can experience its effects.

In the Old Testament, Psalm 19:1 declares: “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” Creation itself preaches a sermon without words. And in the New Testament, Mark 16:15 reminds us that the gospel is not only spoken, but also lived out. It is revealed in love, in sacrifice, in acts of kindness, and in the presence of Christ shining through us.

So Beloved, remember that your life is a sermon too. People may forget what you say, but they will never forget how the gospel looked and felt through you. Preach Christ with words when needed, but always with your life—because the gospel is bigger than language, it is truth written by God Himself on every heart and in every part of creation.

Pray with me:

Father God, thank You that the gospel is greater than words. Let my life be a living testimony of Your love and grace. Help me to preach not only with my mouth, but with my actions, my compassion, and my daily walk with You. May all creation see Your glory through me. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise.

Amen.

Give It All To God!

“Things You Can Give to God Today.”

Beloved, life weighs heavy when we try to carry everything on our own. But God never designed us to bear the load by ourselves. He invites us to lay it all at His feet—our fears, our worries, our burdens, our problems, our doubts, our hopes, our desires, our joy, our pain, and our praise. Nothing is too heavy, too small, or too messy for Him.

In the Old Testament, Psalm 55:22 says: “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” And in the New Testament, 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” God not only carries our troubles, but He treasures our joys and receives our praise.

So Beloved, don’t hold back. Give Him the full spectrum of your heart. Surrendering to God doesn’t make you weak—it makes you strong, because it places your life into the hands of the One who loves you most.

Pray with me:
Father God, today I give You everything—my fears and my faith, my pain and my praise. Carry what I cannot carry, heal what I cannot heal, and strengthen me in every place I feel weak. Thank You for loving me enough to receive it all. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise.
Amen.

It’s Coming Back 100 Fold!

“Everything You Lost Is Coming Back.”

Beloved, life has a way of stripping things away—relationships, opportunities, peace, and even hope. Sometimes it feels like what was lost will never be restored. But hear this: with God, nothing is ever truly wasted. Everything you lost is coming back, and when it returns, it will come back better, stronger, and more refined by God’s hand.

The Old Testament reminds us in Joel 2:25: “I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten…” God is not just the Author of your story, He is also the Restorer of your seasons. And in the New Testament, Jesus promises in John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” What the enemy tried to take, God has already planned to replenish with abundance.

So Beloved, don’t live in despair over what slipped away. Trust that God is working behind the scenes to return joy, renew strength, and restore what was lost. It may not look the same when it comes back, but it will be exactly what you need in this new season.

Pray with me:
Father God, I thank You that You are a Restorer. I place every loss, every disappointment, and every broken piece into Your hands. I trust Your Word that You will restore the years and bring back what the enemy tried to steal. Lord, when it returns, let it be for Your glory and my growth. In Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

Love Is > Hate

“Hate Has Never Solved a Problem.”

Beloved, Maya Angelou once said, “Hate, it has caused a lot of problems in the world, but has not solved one yet.” How true those words remain. Hate only multiplies division, fuels bitterness, and blinds hearts to God’s purpose. It can break communities, destroy families, and even harden nations. But hate has never healed one wound or solved one problem. Only love can do that.

In the Old Testament, Proverbs 10:12 reminds us: “Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.” Hate multiplies the fire, but love extinguishes it. And in the New Testament, 1 John 4:20 confronts us with truth: “Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.” At the end of the day, love is the true evidence of God at work in us.

So, Beloved, choose love in the very places where hate wants to dwell. Love is not weakness—it is the most powerful force in the universe. As Scripture reminds us in 1 John 4:8: “Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. put it plainly: “I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.”

Pray with me:

Father God, remove any root of hate from my heart and replace it with Your love. Teach me to see others as You see them and to respond with grace even when I am wronged. Help me be a peacemaker, not a divider, and let my life be a witness of Your love in a world that desperately needs it. In Jesus’ name, we pray, believe, receive, and praise.

Amen.

Breathe Again!

“Breathe Again, Live Again”

The Lord declared in Ezekiel 37:5: “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again!” These words were spoken to a valley full of dry bones—lifeless, hopeless, forgotten. Yet God’s Word had the power to restore what seemed beyond repair.

Beloved, there are moments when our spirit feels like those dry bones. Dreams have withered, strength has drained, and hope feels lost. But the same God who breathed life into dust in Genesis 2:7 is the same God who promises to breathe life into you again. His breath doesn’t just revive—it restores, renews, and empowers you to walk where you once fell.

Jesus affirmed this truth when He said in John 10:10: “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” God’s intention has never been for you to merely exist, but to truly live—alive in Him, full of His Spirit, walking in His purpose.

So Beloved, don’t give up in your valley. What looks dead to you is not dead to God. When He breathes, graves turn into gardens, bones become armies, and lifeless places burst with revival.

Pray with me:

Father God, breathe into me again. Restore what is weary, revive what feels lost, and raise up what has fallen. Let Your Spirit fill me with life, hope, courage, and strength to walk in Your purpose-the purpose you prescribed before the beginning of time. In Jesus’ name we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

Self-Satisfaction=Pride!

“Self-Satisfaction Is a Trap”

Beloved, self-satisfaction = prideful contentment that blinds you to your real need for growth or God. When we convince ourselves that we’ve “arrived,” we close the door to His transforming work.

In Revelation 3:17, Jesus warns the church at Laodicea: “You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.” Pride deceives us into thinking we are full, when in reality we are empty without Him.

Instead, Christ calls us to humility and dependence. A few verses later in Revelation 3:19–20, He says: “Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” Self-satisfaction shuts the door, but repentance opens it to fellowship and growth.

Paul also said this in Philippians 3:12, “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” Even the great apostle, who wrote much of the New Testament, confessed that he still had growing to do. If Paul pressed on, how much more should we?

At the end of the day Beloved, we must resist the lie of false contentment. Stay hungry for God. Stay humble before Him. Because the danger of pride is stagnation, but the blessing of humility is transformation.

Pray with me:
Father God, keep me from the blindness of self-satisfaction. Open my eyes to see my need for You daily. Let me never settle for prideful contentment but continually grow in Your truth and grace. In Jesus’ name we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

Don’t Blame Others!

“Don’t Blame Others”

Beloved, we live in a world quick to point fingers when life doesn’t turn out the way we hoped. But the truth is this: don’t blame others for the road you’re on—it’s your own asphalt. The path beneath your feet is often paved by your own choices, decisions, and priorities. Every action is like laying down a layer of pavement. Some choices create smooth roads of peace, while others create bumpy stretches of regret.

Yet here’s the hope—God is a Redeemer of roads. Even if your past decisions have led you down a rough path, He can repave, redirect, and restore your way. When we take responsibility instead of shifting blame, we position ourselves for God’s grace to work in us.

Proverbs 14:12 reminds us: “There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.” The Old Testament teaches us that our choices matter deeply. And in the New Testament, Galatians 6:5 tells us: “For each one should carry their own load.” Scripture makes it clear—we are accountable for the roads we walk, but we are never without God’s guidance.

So Beloved, don’t waste energy blaming others. Instead, surrender your road to God. Hand Him the broken pavement of poor choices, and trust Him to lay down fresh asphalt for a future filled with purpose. Your past decisions don’t have to define your final destination.

Pray with me:
Father God, I surrender the road I’m on into Your hands. Forgive me for the times I’ve blamed others instead of taking responsibility. Thank You that even when my decisions have led me astray, You are faithful to redirect my steps. Lord, pave my path with Your wisdom, guide me with Your Spirit, and lead me into the future You’ve designed for me. In Jesus’ name I pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

Lord, Prepare Me!

“Lord, Prepare Me”

Beloved, sometimes the biggest gap between prayer and promise is preparation. We ask God for promotion, but are we prepared to handle the weight of it? We pray for blessing, but can we steward it well? That’s why the wisest prayer we can make is: “Lord, prepare me for the things I’m praying for.”

David prayed to be king, but before the crown came the pasture, the caves, and the battles. Joseph dreamed of leadership, but before the palace came the pit and the prison. Jesus Himself spent 30 hidden years preparing for three years of ministry. Preparation is never wasted—it is God shaping you to carry what you’ve asked for.

Paul reminds us in Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” God doesn’t just answer prayers—He prepares people.

So Beloved, instead of only asking for the blessing, ask for the preparation. Pray for the discipline, the wisdom, and the humility to carry it well. Because when God’s timing collides with your readiness, you’ll discover He was preparing you all along.

Pray with me:

Father God, prepare my heart, my mind, and my spirit for the very things I am asking You for. Don’t just give me the blessing—make me ready to receive it, carry it, and multiply it for Your glory. In Jesus’ name we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

A Real Servant Leader!

“Leadership Starts With Washing Feet”

Beloved, true leadership isn’t about titles, positions, or applause—it’s about service. Jesus, the Son of God, the King of Kings, gave us the greatest leadership lesson when He knelt to wash His disciples’ feet. In John 13:14–15, He said: “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.”

In that moment, Jesus redefined greatness. Leaders in the world may measure success by power, but Jesus measured it by humility. Washing feet was the work of servants, yet the Savior of the world showed us that the highest calling of leadership is stooping low to lift others up.

Paul echoes this in Philippians 2:3–4: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others.” Leadership in God’s Kingdom is not about being served but about serving.

So Beloved, whether in your home, workplace, or community, remember—leadership doesn’t begin on a stage; it begins on your knees. True leaders don’t just give commands—they give themselves.

Pray with me:
Father God, teach me to lead like Jesus—with humility, compassion, and service. Strip away pride and selfish ambition, and make me a servant leader who builds others up. Help me to remember that real greatness begins with washing feet. In Jesus’ name we pray, believe, receive, and praise. Amen.

True Forgiveness

“A Word on Forgiveness”

My younger brother Deto Man
(Dietrich) asked me to write a message about forgiveness. Many of you don’t know that his first infant son (my nephew), Trevon, was killed as a result of senseless domestic violence. After twenty-five years, the one responsible for his death has now been released from prison.

Beloved, forgiveness is one of the hardest commands of God—especially when the wound cuts this deep. No length of time can bring Trevon back, nor can it erase the suffering that has marked our family. But forgiveness is not about minimizing the crime or pretending that justice was unnecessary. Forgiveness is about releasing the grip of bitterness and anger before it poisons the soul.

The great blues singer Bobby “Blue” Bland once said in his song, “That’s the way love works, you got hurt before you heal.” But I say this: “You got to forgive before you heal.” Without forgiveness, the wound keeps bleeding. With forgiveness, God begins to bind up the brokenhearted and restore peace where pain once reigned.

Moreover, Jesus said in Matthew 6:14–15, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Forgiveness is not excusing the offender—it is entrusting them into the hands of the only righteous Judge.

Additionally, Paul reminds us in Romans 12:19, “Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: ‘It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord.” Justice belongs to God, and only He can carry that weight.

At the end of the day, forgiveness does not erase memory, nor does it demand reconciliation. What it does is set the heart free. It is a declaration that while evil tried to destroy, it will not be given the power to rule over your peace. Ephesians 4:32 gives us this command, “Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

So my beloved brother and to those who have processed or currently processing significant loss in their life never forget that true forgiveness says: “You may have taken a life, but their spirit lives in eternity with Christ and though their time with cut short, we know one day soon we will spend the rest of eternity with our Savior and all of precious loved ones forever!”

Pray with me:
Father God,
We bring before You Trevon’s memory, Dietrich’s pain, and the wound that still aches after all these years. Lord, You see the injustice, You feel the sorrow, and You know the depth of anger that lingers. Yet You also call us to forgive—not by our own strength, but by Yours.

Grant my brother and those who are also grieving loss the grace to release what they cannot carry. Guard their hearts from the snare of bitterness and flood it instead with peace that surpasses all understanding. Help my brother honor Trevon’s life not with hatred, but with forgiveness, grace, mercy, healing, and a testimony of Your power.

We trust that justice is Yours, Lord, and we place both the offender and the broken pieces of our hearts into Your hands. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, believe, and receive. Amen.
