It really doesn’t matter what your political stance is, what matters most is that we stand together despite our political differences, preferences and agendas.
At the end of the day, we who are in Christ are also brothers and sisters in Christ! We’re a part of God’s adoptive family and because He is both our Savior and Lord we can always place our trust in is divine sovereignty!
Therefore, despite the person(s) in charged, we serve a God who is always in control!
The Bible teaches that God’s sovereignty is an essential aspect of who He is, that He has supreme authority and absolute power over all things. And yes, He is very much active, despite our perplexity. Scripture says, God works “all things according to the counsel of his will” (Ephesians 1:11).
So let me ask you this, who’s house is this?? This is God’s house and it behooves us all never to forget who is in control of it!
Amen!
