Never Lose Hope!

Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” Having hope gives you the courage to think that things would get better with time despite the odds being not in your favor; hope is the only thing that keeps you moving forward, it gives you the strength and ability to bounce back from whatever the obstacle you are going through. Having real hope would always help a person to move ever upward. Hope is also a supernatural phenomenon where our God has asked us to have hope and trust in Him. So how one can we lose hope when it’s something that has been instructed upon us by our Lord?

Romans 5:2-5 says this, “Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”

It’s never too late to change yourself for better. It’s never too late for God’s miracles. Start today. In fact, make up your mind right now that you’ll never let your circumstances control your thoughts. Because having hope strengthens your faith and leaves you with the promise of God’s love.
