Jesus has already gone before us on the cross. He prepared the way for us to be in relationship with God. God is with us in the form of the Holy Spirit, our Comforter, Way-Maker, Miracle-Worker, Promise-Keeper, and Light in the darkness!
Unequivocally, the Holy Spirit helps us in all circumstances. He comforts, guides, encourages, empowers, and inspires us to live a life of faith.
Deuteronomy 31:8 and in context Hebrews 13:5 reminds us that, “The Lord Himself goes before us and will be with us; He will never leave us nor forsake us.”
This is indeed good news to keep in mind because I know that life has a way of helping us forget that God is with us; even when we are facing one of life’s many challenges, battles, and difficulties!
Brothers and Sisters, I don’t know what plight your facing today, but I do know that no matter what lies ahead of you, God is already there. In addition to that truth, God is with you, He goes before you and He won’t stop fighting for you. So, don’t be afraid or discouraged. The God of all creation, a being beyond the limits of time and space, is always in your corner.
