F-E-A-R has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise.’ The choice is yours.
Canadian preacher A.B. Simpson said, “Fear is not real. The only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. That is near insanity. Do not misunderstand me danger is very real but fear is a choice. Fear is born of Satan, and if we would only take time to think a moment we would see that everything Satan says is founded upon a falsehood.”
The enemy can confuse even the godliest believers and cause them to live in anxiety. I’ve been there and I’ve struggled with this. If you’re anything like me, you have also faced these battles in your mind. You think that something bad is going to happen. You must recognize where these thoughts come from. These thoughts are from the enemy. Don’t believe them! The cure for those struggling with these discouraging thoughts is to trust in the Lord. God says, “don’t worry about your life. I will be your Provider. I will take care of your needs.” (Matthew 6:33)
God is in control of our life. I know it’s easier said than done, but if God is in control, you never have to worry about a thing! There is nothing that goes on in your life that He doesn’t already know about (Psalm 139). You have to be still and get to know who He us and always put your confidence in God.
There are several verses in the Bible that address this false emotion, but my go to verse comes out of Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.“

Abba Father, I pray that every curse spoken, written, or transferred against me is broken by the blood of Jesus. I decree that every curse that the enemy and his agents are trying to reinforce in my life is null and void. I paralyze all the works of the enemy over my life.
With that said, Father God, I thank you Lord for everything you’ve done for me. Forgive me of all of my sins. Be the Lord of my life. Create in me a clean heart and renew in me a right spirit through the renewal of my mind. Heal me from the hurt of my past and my past from all the hurt I caused. I love you and need you. Cover me with Your precious and Holy Blood, and well as my family, my friends, and even those who prey against me.
Father God, give me Your dreams and release your unyielding and unstoppable promises into every area of my life. I trust and believe that You will always perform that which You promise and so as my days are so shall be my strength (Duet 33:25)!
Father God, I fervently ask that You bless and protect everyone that seeks you, needs you, and believes in You. In the matchless and ever present name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen and amen and amen!!!

Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” Having hope gives you the courage to think that things would get better with time despite the odds being not in your favor; hope is the only thing that keeps you moving forward, it gives you the strength and ability to bounce back from whatever the obstacle you are going through. Having real hope would always help a person to move ever upward. Hope is also a supernatural phenomenon where our God has asked us to have hope and trust in Him. So how one can we lose hope when it’s something that has been instructed upon us by our Lord?
Romans 5:2-5 says this, “Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”
It’s never too late to change yourself for better. It’s never too late for God’s miracles. Start today. In fact, make up your mind right now that you’ll never let your circumstances control your thoughts. Because having hope strengthens your faith and leaves you with the promise of God’s love.

God is a God of restoration and compassion, and He cares far more than we can even think or imagine about our lives individually. For so many the uncertainty of the virus, unrest in our culture, and the unknowns of the future have left many feeling defeated, overwhelmed, or crushed in spirit.
Yet this is an instance in which we can turn our faces towards God, the God Who splits seas, makes prisoners rulers, and defies death itself.
Your set-back is not your curtain call, it is the set-up before act two. If you are still not convinced google the life of Job, Joseph, and Lazarus!!

The Living Bible translation words Romans 8:28 this way: “And we know that all that happens to us is working for our good if we love God and are fitting into his plans.” The reassuring promise of this passage of text is that God works for our good “in all things”! It literally means that no matter the circumstance, there are only two qualifiers for God to be working all things together for our good.
First, He works for “the good of those who love Him.” If you love God, you can trust that He is working for your good. He loves you back, and when we love people, we seek their welfare.
Second, He works for “those who are called according to His purpose.” Picking up your cross (daily) entails submission. You have been called by God for a purpose that He holds for your life.
The words in this passage of text also suggests that these two qualifiers–loving God and experiencing His call–are actually one. Those who love God are called according to His purpose. And vice versa.
Additionally, being called according to God’s purpose also reminds us what “our good” actually is. It’s not our comfort or worldly success. It’s the furthering of His purpose in and through us our lives!
Look at it this way, because we have this assurance we can unequivocally trust that God will restore everything that was stolen. We will recover. We will bounce back. Better days are coming. Blessings are coming our way. What’s about to happen next will cause us to rejoice with jubilee! God is always up to something incredible!
