If you or someone you know is going through a difficult season right now please note that God doesn’t allow us to suffer without purpose. In Psalm 139:16 David said, “All the days ordain for me were written in Your before one of them came to pass.” The Message transliteration put it this way, “Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before you,The days of my life all prepared before I’d even lived one day.” It should be comforting to know that God carefully, intentionally, skillfully, and specifically purposed everyday of our lives. What doesn’t make sense today will eventually make sense and even if it never make sense, one day it will all make sense. So don’t stop fighting the good fight of faith. Don’t retreat or surrender. Continue to be steadfast and immovable, ever abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain.(1 Co 15:58) We have all heard it said that God will make a way but according to our subject text, He has already made a way…. we are merely waiting for time to manifest destiny.
