Pray About It!

 “Big Enough to Pray About”

Beloved, worry has a way of convincing us that we’re carrying something alone. It magnifies problems, shortens our breath, and pulls our focus away from peace. But here’s a simple truth we need to remember: if it’s big enough to worry about, it’s big enough to pray about.

Worry is often a signal, not a solution. It tells us where we’ve been trying to manage things God never asked us to carry by ourselves. The Old Testament invites us to make that exchange. Psalm 34:4 says, “I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.” God doesn’t minimize what concerns us — He invites us to bring it to Him.

The New Testament makes this even clearer. Philippians 4:6–7 reminds us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Notice the word anything. Nothing is too small, too complicated, or too overwhelming for God’s attention. Prayer doesn’t deny reality — it redirects responsibility.

So Beloved, stop rehearsing the problem and start releasing it. Turn every worry into a prayer. Turn every fear into faith. What you place in God’s hands no longer has to rest on your heart.

Because the moment you pray, you’re no longer facing the weight alone.

Pray with me: Father God, I bring You every worry, fear, and concern that weighs on my heart. Teach me to turn anxiety into prayer and trust You with what I cannot control. Fill me with Your peace as I place everything in Your hands — in Jesus’ name, I pray, believe, receive, and praise in advance, Amen!
