Stay or Get Connected!

We must STAY and END with Jesus, but in order to accomplish this we must first START with Jesus! By our belief in the finished work of the CROSS, we have been brought or grafted into the vine. By faith, it’s up to the branch to remain connecting to the vine.

For the record, John 15:5 doesn’t suggest that Jesus meant you could lose your salvation because that’s an impossibility for those who are truly saved. However, He is poignantly highlighting that for whatever reason anyone consistently remains unfruitful and ineffective in their life is because they’re not connected to the SOURCE of life.

Case and point, the works we do when we are not connected to the source, Jesus Christ, are works of the flesh, and even the ones that seem like they are for God will be proven to be selfish and empty at the judgment (1 Cor 3:15). When we attempt to bear fruit apart from abiding in Him, we will fail in frustration. Therefore, any work(s) from our hands literally means nothing if Jesus wasn’t the progenitor of that effort(s)!

In contrast, it’s truly amazing that we don’t even need to know what fruit we are going to bear in the future. We don’t have to plan for it. We simply must remain in JESUS with all our heart and every fruit will come to fruition!!!

2021>2020

I don’t know about you, but as for me and my house we have chosen to praise the Living God in advance! We believe our latter days cannot help but be greater than our former days, not because of anything in us, but because the Glory of God rains upon and touches every area in us and every part of our lives.

Haggai 2:9 is all the confirmation we need to press forward into 2021 and the word of God says, “The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the LORD of hosts. And in this place I will give peace, declares the LORD of hosts.”

The peace referred to in the above scripture was fulfilled by the Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 reminds us, “For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

So is there any reason why we should be worried about what’s on the other side of that door referenced in the picture above??

BUT GOD!

“And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of Him.” I John 5:14-15.

I Declare God’s Best!

We will begin to walk out our destiny despite unwanted interruptions, unexpected detours, and unfortunate disappointments. With that said, Isaiah 55:10-11 reminds us that God’s word will never return void, null or invalid. Therefore, starting from today and the rest of our lives, I declare we are moving from glory to glory and anything we lay our hands upon shall prosper in Jesus’ name. Our dreams will not die. Our plans will not fail, our destiny will not be aborted and the desires of our heart will be granted today and the upcoming days to come.

Money and favor will know our names and addresses from now on. Our minimum will now become our maximum, our mess will now become our miracle, our test will become our testimony, and our stresses our blessings. Heaven has confirmed that our season of lack, sufferings, sorrows, and pain is ending because He that sits on the Throne has remembered us. He is removing the hardships and replacing them with joy, rest, strength, provision, promise, peace, and hope!

God’s Word will not return void. It is too powerful. When God said, “Let there be light,” the immediate result was that “there was light” (Genesis 1:3). When Jesus said, “Peace! Be still!” the wind ceased and the sea calmed (Mark 4:39). God’s Word will always prosper; God will succeed, and those who receive His Word will be overcomers as well (1 John 5:4).

(*Disclaimer: God has given us authority to decree and declare His legally and binding word over our lives and situations once we repent of our shortcomings and forgive others of their shortcomings!)
